Seed cycling is a natural approach to balance hormones by consuming specific seeds during different phases of the menstrual cycle. It involves using four types of seeds, Flaxseeds, Pumpkin seeds, Sesame seeds, and Sunflower seeds.
Follicular Phase (Day 1 to 14 of the menstrual cycle)
