Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed and delivered within 6-10 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
  
• Once your order is processed, it will be shipped immediately.
  
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. Tracking details will be sent only after the delivery exceeds the shipping time, you can DM us @aurorah_store for updates if needed.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  
• Free shipping is available on all orders above Rs.999 throughout India
  

Delays

• Aurorah is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
  
• We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders can only be changed (addition of a product or replacing a product) within 2 hours of placing the order.
  
• After processing, changes may not be possible. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Due to the personal nature of skincare and our commitment to maintaining the highest hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Your satisfaction is our priority. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the incorrect item, we are here to help.

• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• DM us @aurorah_store in Instagram with your order number and clear photos including the opening video of the damaged product and packaging.
• Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
